HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
As you browse, simply add your selections to the shopping bag. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you would see a plug "sign in", click on it and it opens a page saying join us or sign in. Once there, click on it to get a sign in link after you have entered your email address in the space bar provided.
A link would be sent to the email address you entered. Go to your email, click on the link sent to you mail and it grants you access back into the store. You are then free to edit the details by clicking on my account . Details are contact / shipping address, phone number and every other vital information needed to ship your order to you with ease.
Once finished, click on the shopping bag and proceed to the checkout process. Note: placing items in your shopping bag does not “hold or secure” merchandise or promotional pricing; selections are not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
First time customers are encouraged to register and also subscribe to our mailing list in order to enjoy promotional offers and also keep track of your orders placed. This can be found at the offers & promotion page top header indicating " More"

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS
After putting all your items in your shopping cart/ bag, proceed to check out and it reveals a drop down information for you to enter your personal details, preferred shipping location et al.
Please note all sections are mandatory and must be filled out.
Next , you would be taken to a section for you to select your shipping location which ultimately informs you of the cost of shipping. This field is mandatory as well as we only ship all items for now.
Once completed, it takes you to the secured payment gateway run by our 3rd-part business partners PAYSTACK . You are to complete you payment on the gateway. it would ask you to input your card details, the exact amount for the order would be debited and order would be confirmed for processing.
It takes 1-3 days to process , ship and deliver orders to customers in Port Harcourt wherein we are based.
It takes 3-4 working days to ship orders to Lagos and Abuja. (Please note the western and Northern part is captured here).
It takes 3 days to ship orders to the South-south (excluding Rivers) and Eastern part of Nigeria.
For customers living outside of port harcourt please choose Lagos as your shipping location but input your correct shipping address when filling out the forms before proceeding to payment.
